French Quarter Square in Perrysburg, Ohio is nearing completion. The last phases of the project are under construction including Fremont Pike Roadway Inprovements, Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Buffalo Wild Wings. 

This project started in June of 2020. The 3 initial buildings constructed are multi-tenant retrail/restaurant totaling approximately 38,000sf. Little Flower Parish's new HVAC Systems (Phase 1) are in full operation.  Phase 1 includes the west wing of Saint Benedict School and Little Flower Church. The church included replacing a 1960 boiler and 1990 air handling unit / condenser.  The west wing of the school included replacing a 1960 boiler / unit ventilators and installation of 6 new RTU's.  Air-Conditioning is now operational in the west wing of the school.  Congratulations to Little Flower Parish. Sylvania Country Club Pool / Pool House / Golf Cart Barn has completed Construction.  These amenities are upgrades for the club members. The pool renovation / expansion includes adding a new gate house, zero entry, wading pool, and water features such as a water slide, rain drop, and bubbler.  The pool house includes new restrooms, locker rooms, kitchen, offices and pool equipment room.  The cart barn is now connected to the pro-shop and has room for 60 golf carts each with a separate battery charging station.  Congratulations to the members of Sylvania Country Club. Sylvania Country Club's Grille Dining Area / Bar renovation has completed construction.  The renovation included the construction of a new lower level bar with upgraded dining area for its members.  The addition of a new handicap accessible restroom also adds to the club's amenities.  Congratulations to the members of Sylvania Country Club. September 1, 2013

Little Flower Church Renovation was complete and the first mass celebrated the vision and pride of the Parish.  The renovation included a new Sanctuary including wood casework for the Mary & Joseph Shrines, Tabernacle , St. Theresa Shrine, and Alter.  The glass railing around the Sanctuary platform and ramp provided an open view of the sanctuary.  The Nave work included fresh paint, new carpet and tile flooring, additional pews and new pendant light fixtures. January 7, 2013 

Sylvania Schools opens its new Central Elementary School.  Sylvania Schools completes its final project supported by the Bond Issue passed by the voters several years ago.  Joe Swint provided leadership as part of Bostleman Corp on the initial 10 building projects and Swint Consulting Service LLC provided the leadership on the final project, Central Trail Elementary.  Central Trail Elementary is a new 72,255 square foot state of the art elementary school located on Mitchaw Road in Sylvania Twp.  Congratulations to Sylvania Schools.
